Local Notre Dame recruit Kendall Moore to open recruitment again
Posted Dec 2, 2009
The news that Notre Dame had fired head coach Charlie Weis meant Southeast Raleigh linebacker Kendall Moore had some thinking to do. The 6-foot-3, 230-pound linebacker committed to Notre Dame in July, and despite the fact that Weis has been fired, Moore says he is still verbally committed to the Irish, but will begin to open the recruiting process up again. Moore said he is considering five potential back-up schools right now, in no particular order - Florida State, Georgia Tech, N.C. State, North Carolina and South Carolina.
