Ed Davis had 20 points and 10 rebounds to help No. 11 North Carolina beat Presbyterian 103-64 on Saturday night. Deon Thompson added 19 points for the Tar Heels (8-2), who had no trouble beating up on a team picked to finish last in the Big South Conference. North Carolina shot 54 percent, dominated the boards against the undersized Blue Hose (2-8) and ran out to a 32-5 lead in the first 10 minutes.
