ACC Football Commitment Lists: Coastal Division, Dec. 16 Posted Dec 16, 2009 North Carolina’s short commitment list got even shorter this past week as both offensive lineman Johnnie Farms and running back Jerrell Rhodes are no longer headed to Chapel Hill.
