Roy Williams to ditch sling, wonders about players' health

Coach Roy Williams is closer to a full recovery from his shoulder surgery, and he’ll be sling-less on the North Carolina bench for Sunday night’s game against Virginia Tech. It’s a trio of players whose status is less certain. Senior forward Marcus Ginyard won’t play, Williams said Friday. Forward Will Graves and guard Leslie McDonald are questionable. All three have injured right ankles.
