Roanoke Rapids defensive end and Tabor City tight end are the only players rated among the state's top 20 prospects who haven't made an oral commitment to a major program. Roanoke Rapids coach Russell Weinstein said Tuesday that Martin will take his final official visit to UNC this weekend and then make a decision. (Fayetteville Observer)
