A lot of movement has happened on the recruiting front since we last updated this list a week ago, thanks to the U.S. Army All-American Bowl and Lane Kiffin’s departure from Tennessee to Southern Cal. UNC was a direct beneficiary of the turmoil in Knoxville, as the Tar Heels picked up Brandon Willis, a top defensive end recruit who dropped his commitment to Tennessee and promptly enrolled in time for the second semester in Chapel Hill.
