It doesn’t matter whether he’s standing over a five-foot par putt or sending his North Carolina basketball team onto the court for an important ACC game. In his heart, Roy Williams always believes he’s going to get the job done. That’s why the concept that his current Tar Heels have lost their confidence seems so foreign to him. And why he seems to be at such a loss on how to address it.
