UNC forward Deon Thompson never thought he’d get dunked on so many times in the span an hour. “But it was great,’’ the senior said, laughing. “It was so just much fun doing it.” “It” was the UNC’s annual clinic for Special Olympics, a two-hour event at the Smith Center on Sunday afternoon that put as many smiles on the faces of Tar Heels players and coaches as it did the 100 athletes from across the state.
