Following the loss to Virginia, the Tar Heels scrapped the “Wildcat,” and there was some belief among fans that the offense underwent a simplification process. Contrary to that belief, the Tar Heels really didn’t tear out any other pages from their playbook. “We are pretty uncomplicated,” offensive coordinator John Shoop said.
