Packers give Aleric Mullins a shot as free agent

When the Packers released their audition list Friday, one named seemed out of place. That was North Carolina's Aleric Mullins, a quick nose tackle who before the combine expected to be drafted in the fifth or sixth round. At the very least, he seemed to be an attractive free agent. In Indianapolis, doctors found what Mullins described as a "murmur" in his heart. "Once that happened it pretty much red-flagged me," he said Saturday.
