UNC point guard Ty Lawson, who has missed five straight games because of a sprained left ankle, went through limited practice Saturday but is "very doubtful" to play against the Demon Deacons. Meanwhile, senior Quentin Thomas, who will start his sixth straight game in place of Lawson, has an assist/turnover ration of 1.95 in his past six outings -- the best of any point guard in the ACC during that stretch.
