Romar Morris nominated for N.C. Gatorade Track Athlete of Year

Salisbury's Romar Morris is getting plenty of attention from college football recruiters, but he is making a name for himself in track as well. Morris, a junior, has been nominated for North Carolina's Gatorade Track and Field Athlete of the Year. Morris was the Most Valuable Performer in the recent 2A state track meet, leading the Hornets to their second straight title. He won the 100 meters and 200 meters.
