Dexter Strickland on crutches
Posted Jun 24, 2010
UNC guard Dexter Strickland was on crutches Wednesday with a bruised right hip after a collision with former Tar Heel Jawad Williams in a pick-up game. The sophomore said he was going to have further tests, but thought he would be fine. "I was guarding Raymond Felton, and Jawad came over and set a screen,'' Strickland said. "I got over the screen, but Jawad poked his hip out. I should have had my padded Under Armour on.
