1. DE Robert Quinn, Jr. North Carolina: Julius Peppers version 2.0? The 6-foot-5, 270-pound Quinn is a physical marvel like Peppers and he produced franchise-type numbers as a sophomore last season, recording 11 sacks and an ACC-best 19 tackles for loss. He was second in sacks in the conference, trailing only Georgia Tech first-round pick Derrick Morgan.
