5-star RB Savon Huggins has UNC in top-10

Five-star running back Savon Huggins has Wisconsin in his final 10. Huggins visited three schools in June, including Wisconsin. He said: "I like the way they run the ball and it really opened up my eyes. It is a college town." If you're wondering who the other nine schools are, you'll see a few powerhouses included: Florida, Georgia, Miami, North Carolina, Notre Dame, Penn State, Pittsburgh, Rutgers and Stanford.
