Patriots’ hopes high for Brandon Tate

Brandon Tate missed all but two games last season as he recovered from his knee injury. The 2009 third-round pick had one 11-yard end-around before another surgery landed him on injured reserve. Now, the speedster is drawing huge reactions from the crowds for his catches. One example: He sent the fans at Gillette Stadium into delirium last night with a miraculous diving catch in the end zone.
