Schad: Greg Little, Marvin Austin won't play until cleared

According to ESPN's Joe Schad, North Carolina wide receiver Greg Little won't play until he is cleared by the NCAA. The same can be said for DT Marvin Austin. The Heels are certainly playing this cautiously, and rightfully so. If reports on Austin are true, things don't look encouraging for Little either; and that would be a huge blow to the Tar Heel attack.
