A closer look at UNC's 2008 football recruiting class

The long-term question surrounding UNC's 2008 class of football signees is whether Butch Davis and staff really are the evaluators of talent so many believe them to be. After what Davis did during his first few days in Chapel Hill, bringing in the top-rated defensive tackle in the nation in Marvin Austin and landing some little-known jewels such as Charles Brown, the expectations for this program and its ability to recruit have soared.
