John Blake's lawyer: No quid pro quo

California-based sports agent Gary Wichard did transfer money to former North Carolina assistant coach John Blake on six occasions after December of 2006, but three of those transfers were for private-school tuition payments for Blake's son, who is also Wichard's godson, according to an attorney for Blake, William Beaver of GrayRobinson in Orlando.
