Walston: The White Stuff
Posted Oct 10, 2010
When called upon Johnny White came through for his team. His rushing totals of 22 carries and 89 yards won't stand out in a box score, but they were exactly what the Tar Heels needed to grind out a victory over a tough conference foe. White considered transferring after being bounced around from position to position, but he stuck around. "I just always figured that I was here for a reason," White said after the game.
