Patrick Crouch makes UNC basketball team as walk-on

has been added to North Carolina's basketball roster as a walk-on. Crouch, a 5-foot-11 junior who played guard for the Tar Heels junior-varsity program the past two years, got the confirmation Tuesday. “It's just fantastic news,” Roberson coach Kevin Keen said. “It's a great example of a guy who has a dream and gives it a try. You never know what's going to happen.” (Asheville Citizen-Times)
