The pending cases of two North Carolina football players will not be resolved before Saturday night's game against Miami. Fullback Devon Ramsay and defensive end Michael McAdoo will not play against the Hurricanes according to a school spokesman. A third player whose case is still pending, Kendric Burney, was already ruled out for the game because of an "unresolved issue related to the ongoing review."
