Rumors have been piling up that Charlotte (N.C.) Mallard Creek quarterback Marquise Williams may have reaffirmed his pledge to North Carolina. Rivals caught up with his coach for the latest on the star quarterback. “He went up to North Carolina this past weekend and everything I know right now is that he’s going to North Carolina,” Mallard Creek head coach Michael Palmieri said. “We haven’t really talked about it though. “I know he’s been on a few other visits and he’s planning to go to NC State coming up.”
