Desperate Heels hold off Wildcats
Posted Dec 5, 2010
Tyler Zeller paid Kentucky back yesterday for the broken wrist that he suffered at its hands two seasons ago, leading North Carolina to a 75-73 win at the Smith Center. Desperate for a big win, UNC got what it wanted against the nation’s No. 10 ranked team. It didn’t make a field goal in the final 6:47, and fell behind 65-61 with 4:33 left, but came back behind its defense and Zeller’s all-around play.
