Harrison Barnes didn’t wait until crunch time to get hot on Saturday. Instead, the freshman preseason All-American scored 11 of UNC’s first 19 points en route to a career-high 25 points as the Tar Heels blasted N.C. State, 84-64, at the Smith Center. John Henson posted a near triple-double with 16 points, 16 rebounds and seven blocks, while Tyler Zeller and Justin Knox provided additional production in the post.
