He had the name: Larry Drew. His father was a terrific NBA player and later proficient enough as a coach to take over the burgeoning success of the Atlanta Hawks. So Drew bore the pedigree, and he’d been thoroughly educated in the game. Where did he get the idea it was OK to run out on his team, though?
