Sylvester Williams, DT, North Carolina Tar Heels: Butch Davis' D-line, which should've been the best in the country last season, was ransacked by the agent scandal that not only cost the Heels Robert Quinn and Marvin Austin, but also coach John Blake. UNC still held up surprisingly well, and now have a formidable reinforcement in Williams. The agile 6-foot-1, 305-pounder is already enrolled and has the kind of athleticism that will be a real headache for rival offenses.
