Lackawanna LB Fabby Desir headed to North Carolina

sought the opportunity of a lifetime when he enrolled at Lackawanna College following his senior year at Scranton High School, and now he's found it. A standout for the Knights and Falcons, Desir is on a recruiting visit to the University of North Carolina, where he has given a verbal commitment, accepting a scholarship to play football for the Football Bowl Subdivision school. "This means everything to me," Desir, 19, said. (Scranton Times-Tribune)
