The consensus seems to be that this year’s defensive end class is in a class by itself. Robert Quinn - who perhaps more than any player at the position was the one guy NFL talent evaluators were dying to see strut his stuff at this year’s Scouting Combine - could not be more conspicuous by his absence in the first-round mock. In a crop considered the best in decades, Quinn is the ultimate X factor.
