Dexter Strickland key in stopping Huskies' star

North Carolina's Dexter Strickland said back in high school, his coach would get on him for not playing defense. But Sunday the sophomore proved he has become Tar Heels' top on-the-ball defender as his defense against Washington's best player -- guard Isaiah Thomas -- helped UNC advance to the Sweet 16 with an 86-83 win at Time Warner Cable Arena.
