Tommy LaGarde blocks out Marquette memories
Posted Mar 24, 2011
Tommy LaGarde holds a place in UNC basketball lore because of a game in which he didn’t play. That came in 1977 against Marquette in the national championship game. On Friday night, UNC and Marquette face off in the East Regional semifinals.
