T.J. Yates a pleasant pro day surprise

North Carolina QB prospect T.J. Yates made a strong case to be a developmental late-round pick in the 2011 NFL draft with his performance at the Tar Heels' pro day on Thursday. Although most of the scouts and league talent evaluators were there to see defensive stars Robert Quinn and Marvin Austin, Yates was a pleasant surprise in his quarterback drills.
