Former Tar Heel Lawrence Taylor A Level I Sex Offender

In a Rockland County, New York courtroom on Tuesday, former North Carolina football star Lawrence Taylor was given a Level I sex offender status. Taylor was sentenced to six years’ probation after pleading guilty to sexual misconduct and patronizing a prostitute in the third degree. Judge William Kelly issued his ruling saying that Taylor was not a risk to repeat his offense.
