UNC gets commitment from California twins
Posted Jan 6, 2008
North Carolina made a twin killing late Friday to strengthen the future of its basketball program. Brothers David and Travis Wear committed to North Carolina for its 2009 recruiting class. They are 6-9 junior forwards at Mater Dei High School in Santa Ana, Calif. Their decisions came one day after North Carolina landed the first player in its 2009 class, John Henson, a 6-10 forward from Round Rock, Texas.
