Dick Crum, former head coach of Miami’s football program, will become a member of the Greater Cleveland Sports Hall of Fame on Sept. 22. In 1978, Crum accepted the head coaching job at the University of North Carolina. He continued his winning ways, earning an ACC title and a record of 72-41-3, which still stands as the most wins in the Tar Heels’ football history.
