Bruce Carter's Injured knee is 85 percent healthy

The Cowboys were so confident in Bruce Carter’s ability to rehab his injured knee that they spent the 40th overall pick of the 2011 NFL Draft on the linebacker from North Carolina. Many experts believe Carter would have been selected in the first round if it weren’t for the injury. Fortunately, for Jones and the Cowboys, Carter says the knee is closing in on full health.
