WR Ray Martin commits to West Virginia

Wide receiver Ray Martin has committed to West Virginia on Sunday. Martin's commitment comes just six days after North Carolina self-reported nine NCAA recruiting violations and the fired coach . Martin (5-10, 195) had narrowed his schools to three on Monday -- UNC, West Virginia and Iowa -- but once the news came down, he crossed off the Tar Heels rather quickly, even though his main recruiter was named the interim Tar Heels coach.
