Sources: Hunter Furr to Transfer
Posted Aug 3, 2011
According to multiple sources close to the situation, UNC running back Hunter Furr plans to transfer. Attempts to reach Furr on Wednesday were unsuccessful. When reached Wednesday afternoon, Furr's mother, Debbie, wouldn't confirm or deny the report. The junior from Lewisville, N.C. totaled five carries for 30 yards last season. He was listed second at running back on UNC's 2011 spring depth chart.
