Nothing escapes the watchful eyes of Everett Withers on UNC's practice fields. He moves briskly from one drill to the next. His eyes are always on the move, looking for something to examine in detail or to judge. He might stop to talk to one of his assistants or to offer encouragement to a player, but not for long. He wants his team to get to know him. The reason is extremely important to him.
