Final: UNC 24, Rutgers 22
Posted Sep 10, 2011
UNC probably would have given the game ball to Butch Davis again, but it might have fumbled it away in the process. The Tar Heels had five turnovers in their win against Rutgers and nine penalties. They lost two fumbles (it could've been much worse), and Bryn Renner threw three interceptions. A far cry from last week's near-perfect performance.
