ACC Report Card: Too many teams at C-level


North Carolina, C+: The bottom line is that the Tar Heels won, and that’s clearly better than the alternative. But with three interceptions, two lost fumbles, three other fumbles and nine penalties for 94 yards, the warm-and-fuzzy feelings that surrounded interim coach and team after its impressive opener against James Madison weren’t there after Saturday’s 24-22 survival against Rutgers.
