Tar Heels fullback has major knee surgery

Fullback Devon Ramsay of North Carolina had surgery on his left knee Tuesday to reconstruct the anterior-cruciate ligament and repair the medial-collateral ligament and meniscus. Ramsay has been ruled out for the rest of this season, and North Carolina is pursuing a sixth year of eligibility for him because of medical reasons
