Brandon Tate tries to take off in new surroundings with Bengals

When Brandon Tate crossed the street from Paul Brown Stadium to the Cincinnati Bengals’ practice field Thursday afternoon, he was greeted by former Elon University football player Daronce Daniels. It was a brief encounter as Tate and Daniels, who has returned to live in his hometown of Cincinnati and works in radio production, came to know each other through mutual friends when they were playing for different college football teams.
