Once at 14, ACC will likely go to 18-game league hoops schedule

ACC commissioner John Swofford said today it’s “highly likely” the league will go to an 18-game schedule when Syracuse and Pittsburgh join the league. “One of the things as a conference that you want to do when you get bigger, in any sport, is to play as each as much as is reasonable and possible,’’ he said. “So that’s something we’re looking at.”
