It's doubtful Roy Williams was required to pay the $5 entry fee to the Wauwatosa East gym Tuesday night. But if he did, the North Carolina coach certainly got his money's worth. Tar Heels recruit J.P. Tokoto put on a show by pouring in 31 points for Menomonee Falls. But the host Red Raiders displayed astonishing scoring balance and benefitted from just about every player who set foot on the court.
