Troy Williams excited about scholarship offer from UNC

Class of 2013 small forward Troy Williams couldn't contain his excitement in a Tweet late Wednesday night: I JUST GOT THE OFFER FROM UNC !!!!! *screams* !!!! For the record, that's seven words in all caps, followed by a cyber yell that's sandwiched between nine exclamation points. ESPN.com ranks the 6-foot-6, 190-pound Williams as the No. 8 player in his class. He attends Phoebus High School in Hampton, Va., and is a member of his uncle's renowned Boo Williams travel team.
