To outside observers, the Tar Heels certainly look as if they’re the best. Top ranked in both the coaches and media polls, they have three starters back from last season’s Elite Eight team. That includes national player-of-the-year candidate with those magnet hands and nimble feet inside. Despite losing the likes of No. 8 NBA draft pick , Williams has another team built for a championship. (Kansas City Star)
