Heels shoot for two-in-a-row in season's biggest game
Posted Nov 8, 2007
After returning to Chapel Hill in a foul mood following a depressing performance against the reigning ACC Champion Wake Forest, the University Of North Carolina Tar Heels came out running against the Terrapins from College Park, Maryland. Johnny White was used early and often in this match. Returning as the starter again, he gained 67 yards in the first quarter. The offensive line played very well, dominating the line of scrimmage, while the defense held Maryland to 3 yards on nine plays in the first quarter.
