Tyler Zeller felt better after Saturday afternoon’s game. The North Carolina center, who was the center of adoration from consoling North Carolina fans, delivered for his admirers against Virginia. The fifth-ranked Tar Heels pulled away from No. 19 Virginia to win 70-52 in Atlantic Coast Conference men’s basketball at the Smith Center.
