Wake Forest blitz sacks North Carolina


Whichever way you calculate it, North Carolina was a blitz victim Saturday afternoon. The Tar Heels couldn’t consistently contain host Wake Forest’s pass rush and they were blitzed on kickoff returns as well in the 37-10 setback. “Their front seven and linebackers kicked our butts,” quarterback said. “They were quicker than we thought they were.” (Burlington Times News)
